CleanTech has been a service resource for the commercial marketplace for over 35 years. Started in 1971, our firm was first in the Philadelphia area with “hot water extraction” for carpet cleaning. Over the years we have pioneered the carpet maintenance concept for our clients. This assures the level appearance of the carpet surface and has helped to maximize the usable life of this asset wherever employed.

CleanTech has broadened its services to meet the varied and sometimes unusual needs of its clients. Changes in the designs and finishes of the evolving marketplace has offered us the opportunity to become a very versatile resource to our clients. We provide service to high rise buildings as well as office parks for both tenants as well as property management firms. The effectiveness of our programs is well documented in very large facilities (over 500,000 sq. ft.) and yet we can make our services fit the needs of our clients who occupy much smaller spaces. We have vast experience in providing services to retail clients with multiple locations.

Our services include processing of carpet, furniture, marble flooring and other hard surfaces and special detailing services as dictated by the very specific needs of our clients.

We provide our services in the metro Philadelphia area as well as the surrounding tri-state areas.
